"We spent a wonderful week with our two daughters in Bivignano this summer. We were very impressed by the beautiful farm with a pool, run with love and passion by our hosts, Stefan and Patricia Wanner-Odermatt. Their hospitality is as impressive as their love for the animals. They rescued several animals, some of them mentally challenged, from difficult living situations and gave them a new lease of life on their farm. It's wonderful to see the transformation that some traumatized horses have undergone into happy and vibrant animals through their loving care. Even the smallest change in an animal's behavior, be it a horse, cat, or dog, is immediately noted, and every injury is treated with great care. The well-being of the animals is always and everywhere our top priority. During rides on rough terrain, the horses dismount to protect the animals' joints. The wonderful cuisine is also worth mentioning. The two hosts treated us to a fantastic Italian menu each evening. It was wonderful, thank you for the great time."

"In the picturesque hilltop region of Tuscany lies the wonderful town of Bivignano and Patricia and Stephan's Agriturismo Casa Bivignano. The place is simply dreamy – perfect for relaxation. Surrounded by beautiful nature, great horses, and a warm atmosphere, you immediately feel like you're staying with friends. You immediately sense that the well-being of these magnificent horses is their top priority. We fell in love with the people, cats, dog, and of course, the horses, and soon became owners of two of these wonderful Criollos. Patricia and Stephan entrusted them to us and supported us greatly during the "move" to Switzerland. To this day, we always enjoy returning to this wonderful place and let Patricia & Stephan pamper us with the fine Tuscan food, wine, friendly atmosphere, beautifully maintained accommodations, and guided rides into the wonderful Tuscan countryside. It's like coming home :-) Thank you for always giving us such wonderful moments."

"Dear Patricia and Steffi, I've been coming to your paradise in beautiful Tuscany at least twice a year for years now! I've been searching for a horse-riding resort where horseback riding is possible for a long time. I'm infinitely grateful to have found you and your wonderful, loyal horses. The most important thing for me was and is that the horses are the focus, and that the handling of these wonderful animals, as well as the care and rides, are species-appropriate, loving, and respectful. I was able to experience all of this and much MORE! with you. On trail rides, trail rides, power riding weeks, and yoga riding weeks, I've experienced your appreciative and loving approach to the horses. The horses achieve incredible feats and are all in top shape, reliable, and always full of joy and energy. You guide the rides with care and attention. All of this always makes for unforgettable experiences with the horses, in the saddle or, depending on the terrain, on foot. The older generation of horses are also allowed to stay with you on approximately 35 hectares of forest and pasture land with open stables, or they can retire with horse people who share the same philosophy.
