"We spent a wonderful week with our two daughters in Bivignano this summer. We were very impressed by the beautiful farm with its pool, which is run with so much love and dedication by our hosts, Stefan and Patricia Wanner-Odermatt. Just as remarkable as their hospitality is their love for the animals. They have rescued several animals, some with psychological issues, from difficult living conditions and given them a new life on their farm. It's wonderful to see the transformation that some traumatized horses have undergone through their loving care, becoming happy and full of life. Every tiny change in an animal's behavior, whether horse, cat, or dog, is immediately noticed, and every injury is treated with great care. The animals' well-being is always and everywhere their top priority. When riding out in rough terrain, riders dismount to protect the animals' joints. The wonderful cuisine also deserves special mention. Our two hosts treated us to a fantastic Italian menu each evening. It was wonderful; thank you so much for the great time."

"In the picturesque hilltop region of Tuscany lies the wonderful town of Bivignano and Patricia and Stephan's Agriturismo Casa Bivignano. The place is simply dreamy – perfect for relaxation. Surrounded by beautiful nature, great horses, and a warm atmosphere, you immediately feel like you're staying with friends. You immediately sense that the well-being of these magnificent horses is their top priority. We fell in love with the people, cats, dog, and of course, the horses, and soon became owners of two of these wonderful Criollos. Patricia and Stephan entrusted them to us and supported us greatly during the "move" to Switzerland. To this day, we always enjoy returning to this wonderful place and let Patricia & Stephan pamper us with the fine Tuscan food, wine, friendly atmosphere, beautifully maintained accommodations, and guided rides into the wonderful Tuscan countryside. It's like coming home :-) Thank you for always giving us such wonderful moments."

"An unforgettable week at Casa Bivignano! The place is simply idyllic – perfect for switching off and relaxing. Surrounded by beautiful nature, wonderful horses, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Steffi and Richi were wonderful hosts who made us feel instantly at home. The food was a real highlight – prepared with love and absolutely delicious. "What an amazing week! We had an absolutely wonderful time on our horseback riding tour with Patrizia and Stefan. You can immediately feel how much love and experience they put into running Casa Bivignano. The horses are well-balanced, superbly trained, and simply a joy to ride. We spent every day exploring the beautiful Tuscan countryside and stayed at different agriturismos – varied, relaxing, and simply idyllic. The food was incredible (plentiful and delicious).
